Wake Up

Oh my! I love my workouts but I do believe the hardest thing for me to do is to wake up and do a workout first thing in the morning. How many of you are Rise and Shine fitness fanatics? It is the best time of the day to workout, because the chances  of interruptions are few because everyone else is asleep. It is definitely the thing I struggle with. This morning though I was awake, and I laid in bed and debated in my head. To get up pr not to get up, that is the question? I almost answered that question with a , not get up attitude. Then I decided, if I cannot make myself get up and workout in the am, who is going to motivate me me or help me? No one, I had to make a decision to do this, because I knew today was a busy day, and I wouldn't have time to squeeze it in between work, and homework, and family time, and supper. So i jumped up and I did it! Les Mills Pump, hard core abs. You know what?1 I felt amazing after. I made the decision to get moving and not just wake up my body, but also wake up my mind, my spirit, my motivation, and my confidence. Its that  one small decision that  day that makes a huge step towards my overall fitness and outlook on life. So what happens if we all just WAKE UP?!
