How do you know what to eat? Ask Tony

Eating, that is the topic. The question I always get is, what am I supposed to eat?

I always hear, I do not know what I am supposed to eat. You know your diet (not fad dieting, but your daily intake of food) is the key to successful fitness. Eating is 75% of your success exercising is only 25%. That means alot. It means that if you are working out, and going to gym and really busting it but you are making bad eating choices then you are wasting your time. Lean muscle can not appear if it is hiding behind a bad diet. So what are you supposed to eat?

Well it depends and instead of sitting here and giving you my tips and my eating guide, I want you to read this article by Tony Horton, fitness superman and creator of P90X and the new P90X2. He talks about how counting calories is good, to start but it can be tedious and time consuming and not something that you will want to do forever. Instead Tony says to listen to your body internally and it will tell you what to do. So bottom line You have everything you need to be a better and healthier you. No excuses.
