Shakeology Recipes

My favorite Shakeology Recipe would definiately have to be Almond Fudge

1 scoop of Shakeology
1 cup of ice
1 cup of Alomond Milk
1TSP of Vanilla
1 tsp of Almond Butter
a dash of cinnamon

Blend in Blender until creamy and thick and enjoy

Sometimes I freeze my Shakeology and save whatever i cant drink for later and add a lil scoop of fat free whipped cream, and eat it like ice cream! Yummy!



Baked Salmon

1 clove garlic
2 tsp extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp of himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon of any herbal seasoning
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 6 oz salmon fillet

In a medium bowl prepare marinade by mixing garlic, oil, salt, seasoning, lemon juice, parsley. Put slamon in a dish cover with marinade and let marinate for 1 hour in fridge.

Preheat oven to 350. Place fillet in foil and cover with marinade and seal. Return to dish and bake 20 mins or until easily flaky with fork. Serves 1. Pair with steamed veggies of your choice and 1/2 cup of rice or red potatoes.

Grilled Tuna Burgers


Burgers don't have to be unhealthy! This grilled tuna burger is high in protein, low in fat and less than 200 calories.

Ingredients

  • 450 Grams of Tuna
  • 40 Grams of chopped onion (1/2 small onion)
  • 1 large carrot (shredded)
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 4 egg whites
  • 20 grams of chopped chives
  • 40 grams of bread crumbs
  • Spices to taste
