My Whole 30 Adventure Begins

Okay, I admit I am not good at posting. I have so many social media sites that I try to keep up with some just fall to the backside of my brain. Like Blogging and Instagram and Twitter lol, I am a Facebook Junkie.
I do want to try my hardest to keep you up to date on my newest adventure and how it is going to far. 4 days ago I started the Whole 30 diet to set myself up for a Paleo lifestyle. I want to be leaner, meaner, get my body fat % lower and build muscle and get rid of this excess fat that no matter how hard I try wont go anywhere, I thought I was destined to have it because I have been working out strong for 3 years and eating fairly healthy. I had no idea things could change so drastically in just 4 short days.
Whole 30 is a no grains, no sugar diet. I say diet lightly though because it is a lifestyle change. Not just something you do just to drop some weight it is for overall health and good wealth. It isnt expensive like some of these other programs out there, where you have to pay a fortune for the program and supplements (no supplements by the way) and then buy the food. The book that explains everything is on amazon kindle for 9.99.
In 4 short days I feel like my life has already changed. I feel leaner, I havent got on a scale and I wont until day 30 but I am going to track everything down to my measurements and body fat % from day one to day 30 along with progress pics so you can see my before and afters and no this is no gimick or joke it works. I mean I am believer and I am not even halfway through.
So far mt stomach is flatter, I do not have stomach pains( I suffer from IBS and colon tursion from severe constipation from almost 2 years of battling laxative and enema induced Bulimia purging. I don't think I have ever told anyone that) Everything i eat made me bloated and caused my right leg and hip to swell and caused severe pain. That is all gone. I know it is from diet because I slipped and had some Organic (yes, organic) dark chocolate semi sweet covered raisins and it wasnt 30 minutes after ingesting this processed sweet that I was doubled over in pain wishing I had a pain pill of some sort. I am going to the bathroom regularly every morning and I feel fantastic. Yes I have had a lil tiredness the first 3 days from lack of the extra sugar from the bread and all the other sugar I use to eat to \help push me through the day but that is slowly going away.
As a Fitness Professional I do pride myself in making healthy choices and living life to my healthiest potentional. I want to be there for son for a very long time and even though fitness is my LIFE, we all have struggles and bad habits we need to throw away because they benefit us none.
I have been to the dr spent lots of money and never got anything fixed. I am here to tell you diet is the key.
